This chic spot is owned by Ms. Adelle Stivalet whose passion for French cuisine led her to attend school at Le Cordón Bleu in Paris.
Inspired by her knowledge and love for food, she founded Maison Stivalet to bring the rich flavors and authentic French dishes to the Rio Grande Valley. The unique menu changes every week and features delicious pastries and coffee made with exclusive beans from her plantation in Chiapas, Mexico.
For our visit we tried the Adelaida Special Coffee and their mouthwatering Caramel Chocolate Bar.
